Lofoten Splitboarding

Last week I was guiding a group of splitboarders on the Lofoten islands for Ripstar. What an amazing place, what an insane weather and what a good time! This is a place I definitely have to visit again. The mountains go all the way down to the shore and everywhere you look, you see perfect couloirs waiting to be ridden.

The weather is a challenge since it’s so close to the ocean, but like the Norwegians say:

“If you don’t like the weather, just wait five minutes”
